Nature fiction
Hey- are there any good fiction books full of nature stuff? Like plants, survival stuff, outdoorsy type fiction. Not interested in romance or horror at all.

@nicksamanda11 I never really thought about nature fiction before. I bet grand canyon living would be good or homesteading novels Here's few suggestions from one site. Born free would be good if you have not read it or animal books would be interesting
This site has good titles: https://www.goodreads.com if you check nature fiction or novels it pulls up a lot

Try the Clan of the Cave Bear series by Jean M. Auel. (You will have to suffer through the human being part of the story.)

@shllnzl Loved that series. I learned so much. Definitely a good read

Have you read The Overstory by Richard Powers? It's underlying theme is trees, told throughout time with different family members. I enjoyed it.

I haven't read that- I'll check it out for sure. I'm writing a list of books people list here and I'll see if my library has them. Thanks!
