I found some tiny but fresh and green nettle leaves today! Daffodil, crocus and iris shoots are up 2" to 3." A few tips of garlic starting to show.

I think that's down, @torey! 😆 And I don't know that this qualities for "coming up", but wind, sap & light in the skies equals "up"!

We had lots of snow again too, then -27° last night. Then high south winds all day today. 🥶 It was cold!

Tomorrow it is supposed to start warming up 👏 and get to 10° by Saturday. Another week of fluctuating temps if they would moderate on either side of freezing & thawing, and the maple sap should run. 😁

We saw treat last night with the northern lights, if even just for a few minutes. It's been a while.

We have also been getting more snow as well as a little freezing rain, some thawing, then more snow and so on. Will still be awhile before our snow in gone, not just melted but even before we can be assured we won't get more.

Well pretty much everything over wintered in my garden. So I have leek, cauliflower, broccoli, kale, cabbage, some Asian greens (I forget what they're called), parsley, spinach, swiss chard, collards, and sage. I think that's everything.😊

Nice, I'm so happy it's starting to warm up for you guys. Well, most of you, though -27 is warmer than -40.

We're heading into fall, and a couple of mango seeds that I planted about three months ago have come up. I'll have to baby them to get them through the winter.

Let's see, I kinda have to dig to actually see what's coming up. But under the mulch and leaves my bee balm, peonies, mint. I can spot tiny buds growing on the blackberries, blueberries and raspberries. The strawberries are actually coming up above the mulch. I am so excited for spring!
