Growing a Tropical Garden - David the Good and I have fun discussing growing in the tropics

Hey this is a fun spontaneous video I just did with David the Good. I was looking for tips for growing food in the tropics.

It's always a good idea to connect with experienced gardeners when moving to a new region.

Not totally sure I like that "bearded red neck" look David is sporting these days - what do you think? LOL

Great video. Puerto Rico is also known for gandules or pigeon peas. If I remember correctly, they're perennial.

Hi @Tave Yes! I started from seed, nurtured, and then guerilla planted about a half dozen gondule trees on a public walkway to the beach.

Mac nuts supposedly have the hardest shell of any nut. They make little vices to crack them in.

Right now, I'm struggling to grow tropical-friendly varieties of blueberries.
