Fruit Vinegar and vinegar cookies

So while I was grumbling about it being too wet to do anything outside today.......yet again......(it's been raining for a week, no let-up in sight)....this popped up on my email. Looks yummy, so I guess this becomes today's alternative project. The vinegar article is one of the best I've seen. The cookie recipe is simple and looks good.

    I make my apple vinegar. The one from organic apples I use in the kitchen. The one from non organic apples I use for cleaning. My vinegar for cleaning I infuse either with orange peels or with pine needles. Actually the one with pine needles has a better odour.

    i have not tried to infuse vinegar with fruit. Strawberry season is approaching. It’s worth trying!
