Homestead/Tiny home materials

I read a bunch of Tiny Home blogs. Found this on Tiny House Giant Journey.

She breaks down what she had in her tiny house. The picture of the plumbing related area is worth the look.

    I don't have a tiny house but I am trying to take the house here and really use every inch to its best use. If you have any suggestions@RustBeltCowgirl Thanks for this link. I hope to be able to tweak some ideas.

    This house is actually 3 floors. Its built in to a hill. With moms health issues I only use the one floor so would like to bring the washer and drier upstairs but there is really not room the way this house is laid out.

    The basement was a apartment but we had runoff flooding from across the road so I need to get the basement repaired. I would like to fix it up again so I could offer it for people to stay in when they take classes here or use it for someone to have if they help on the property.

    Tons of ideas to steal. These are all Airbnb rentals.

    Reclaimed wood in "Tipsy", is that barn wood or possibly pallet wood?

    Looks like stained plywood on the walls in "Tiny Cradle" and "Snug".

    @RustBeltCowgirl

    There are some good ideas here I plan to try out. These little Airbnb places would work well on this property for the plans I have.

    I believe from the length and width of the boards they are reclaimed barn board or house board. Pallet are usually 3 or 4 foot and a smaller width than what is shown here.
