This is my favorite comedy. It has nothing to do with anything agricultural. But, we can't work in the garden when the rain is pouring down and the lightening flashing. So, I figured I'd share - bookmark it for a rainy day!

I've heard of it, but never seen it. Wow, that has to be a very young Martha Raye. Most people would know her from Polident commercials.

@judsoncarroll4 on the other side of the Earth there was also a heavy thunderstorm. The first one this year with lightening and thunder. It watered the garden well. I also watched a film on Netflix “Vision - Hildegard von Bingen” . It was in german, well made. It gave quite a good insight into her not an easy life. It ended where she started writing/dictating her book “Causae et curae. Thus I would expect a continuation @Jens the Beekeeper have you seen it.

Maybe someday I can learn German so I can watch movies and read books in the German language... still working on learning Latin, and will probably learn French next. I was taught French and Spanish in school, but it never "took". I needed a comedy. My girlfriend stopped talking to me a couple of weeks ago... seems it is over.

@judsoncarroll4 the best motivation to learn a language is to have a friend /or girlfriend speaking the language. Then it comes in a natural way and there is somebody to correct or motivate. Well, may be you meet a girlfriend speaking French. It would definitely speed the learning process.
