How to Make a Succus
Herbal Academy's newsletter today has this very interesting article. I hadn't thought about doing this before, and don't know why--it is so simple and obvious! It's a bit late in the season for me--most of the best candidates are past their prime now. But this is definitely on my list to try at the first good opportunity.

@MaryRowe I just saw this too. Seems so obvious. I’m going to try my parsley and comfrey in the next few days.

... so long as it is not a succubus!

Interesting, when you juice the nutritional value deteriorates quite rapidly. This sounds like a way to prevent that from happening.

@judsoncarroll4 I had to google that, you learn something everyday!

I received this in my email too. And @judsoncarroll4 I had just glanced at it and I could of sworn it said succubus too!😂🤣
But I read on and am very interested in this. I'm out of season for some things too but definitely want to give this a try next year.
