Thanks for the idea--perfect timing! I just got new sheets, and was wondering what to do with the old ones. They are so ragged and threadbare they are hardly even good for drop cloths. But they would still work for something like this!

A very good idea. Thank you @monica197 So far I used cut old sheets for cleaning, or under mulch for preventing weeds from growing. This is a nice solution.
