I won't have time to listen for awhile but I am looking forward to this talk. I have had buckwheat as a grain but until this year had never had it as a green. Delicious! Don't know why I never tried it before. My daughter planted it as a ground cover for a slope, but we have been eating it in salads. It has just started to flower so it looks like we might get some grain, too.

Thanks, I eat a lot of sheep sorrel and knotweed, which are in the buckwheat family.
