Story Time instead of weekly update 2021 08 03 from Marjory

As I mentioned last week, I'm in a heavy travel situation and probably not going to get you a proper update. But I recorded this story - its a true life story! that happened for my birthday which was last January.

It's way more personal that I normally do... and my videography really does suck (it's because my eyes are not yet healed). But the story comes across.

Hmm, a good title could be "WHEN TWO MANIFESTATIONS COLLIDE"

Enjoy! And I'll be back next week with a proper update.

Yeah! The first thing that I noticed is that you are wearing a TGN shirt! Awesome. Now to listen to the rest of the story. 😄

Hi Marjory, I noticed you said that you have a work in progress situation with 'fear'.

Have you considered spending time to find out what 'fear' might be trying to say to you?

This might seem like an odd concept but fear is there for a reason. It is generally misguided, but it serves a purpose in our lives.

An example might be a person feels afraid about having to sit a test. If the person stops and has an imaginative 'talk' with fear the 'conversation' might reveal that 'fear' is saying 'it will be awful, what if I my mind goes blank and I fail the test? etc'.

Now you know the purpose of 'fear'. It doesn't want you to suffer the shame? embarrassment? trial? of failing the test and the consequences of it.

Just like if you see a red light on the dash of your car and you don't know why it's flashing all the time it will likely worry you. But, if you find out the red light is saying you forgot to put on your seatbelt, or you need more petrol, you don't need to worry. You can simply put on your seatbelt or ensure you get more petrol.

If you study more, relax before the test, determine that even if you fail you will manage and find a way to overcome the obstacle, you know what to do with the flashing light of 'fear'. If fear jumps up when you got to sit the test you can calmly let it know you heard it, you are prepared and all will be well even if you fail, you have managed before, you are resilient and you will resit the test or otherwise make it.....you let fear know you heard it, it's done it job, it's not needed.

I might be completely off here, but it seems that fear of groceries not being available, fear of power shortages etc led you to learn how to grow your own food and start a successful business, which helped many thousands of people do the same.

I'm not saying snuggle up to fear. I am suggesting that if you stop and listen to your fear and then 'reason' with it, I wonder what changes you can make that would assist you in the future.

    Have a great day. 🌻

Hi Allison, yes exactly. TGN was created by or initiated by fear. ANd as you can see, it's been an awesome guide. But the problem is when it controls my life - and it used to unconsciously. Fear, anger, shames, often these emotions become addictions. A big part of the reason for my divorce was I was changing... I was no longer captive to fear, and that was an essential component in the relationship. When I changed, well, some of the bonds were broken.

Note that we will have many people coming into this community out of fear and desperation. They are awakening to the utter corruption in almost all of our macro systems (financial, gov't, food, transport, education...). But I know that growing your own food heals that and so many other things. So I welcome them on this healing journey.

And I recommend everyone create a bubble for themselves. It really works!

    I'm a Capricorn - the 16th.

And so happy to be a tiger in the Chinese system of astrology. Tiger is definitely my nature.

@Marjory Wildcraft it took this thread and your story to convince me that I’m a tiger in Chinese horoscope. All these years I thought I was a rabbit! I was born 19th Jan 1963. I didn’t know of the complications of when you are born in Jan or Feb that things can change. I googled that, as I was about to inform you that you are a rabbit, glad I bit my tongue and did some research!

Yes @JodieDownUnder the difference come from the Chinese use a lunar calendar, and we use the Augustian calendar. The lunar new ear is in Februrary. I was so relieved to discover that. I could never resonate with being a rabbit, although I love to eat them.
