Sausage is my favorite food, so I could sure put a dent in that platter! I liked how they explained the potato, garlic and bacon sausage, "this is sort of the Polish version of vegetarian...." I sure was hoping to go to Poland to learn sausage making from the masters, but international travel is not allowed for the un-vaxed. It is amazing how quickly everything changed.
