I have signed up and am part way through. There is a tremendous amount of very useful information in here.
I use astragalus quite a bit but only as the dried root. I hadn’t thought of using powdered astragalus in some of the things Susun mentions. I’m glad she mentions seaweeds.
These are all herbs that we (herbalists) have been using for centuries to treat respiratory illnesses or to help prepare our bodies to cope with viral infections. It is a good reminder that we need to treat COVID for what it is, another (albeit very serious) respiratory illness.
Its certainly a reminder for me to get back on the immunity program which I have let slide lately. Time to get started on my winter broth supply as I get the garden harvested.
Thanks to Susun for being brave enough to discuss the alternatives in such a public way. And for freely offering this information.
Thanks for posting this link @LaurieLovesLearning. I might have missed it otherwise. I encourage everyone to sign up for this.

Cool! Thanks for sharing this!

@LaurieLovesLearning thanks for sharing. I signed up and completed. I like the way Susun Weed operates. Short, to the point, gives you the information you need without all the BS.
-
@JodieDownUnder I also like simple and to the point when I need information, not clutter.
-

-
Thank you! Signed up and starting now.

I am listening to it now. Each segment is very short.

Take away - we will all get the virus. We can help make it as mild as possible.
Some good info, but few how-tos (we can learn to make our remedies here on TGN), and little on dosing.
Still valuable. Fear is the thing to avoid!
-
... good info, but I was wrong that I would need to find an extra hour... wow, that was brief! I am not sure why it needed to be a video course - a really short article... like 500 words would probably have covered it.
-
@LaurieLovesLearning thanks for the link, I have signed up and have started the class!
-
@LaurieLovesLearning Thank you for sharing. I have signed up as well. I will also be sharing her course with some family and friends who I think will be open to alternatives instead of just grabbing a pill of something to mask the symptoms.
-
@vickeym Excellent. Sharing knowledge is good!
-
@LaurieLovesLearning WOW Thanks so much for posting this, just signed up!

I'm so excited about this! Thank you for sharing it. I'm glad to hear that it is quick, simple, and to the point. I haven't had much time to study or work on classes the last few weeks. I will hopefully squeeze it in this week.
