Your All Time Favorite Thing that you have learned on this forum is...?
So much wonderful info is shared here.
I am wondering what your all-time favorite piece of info has been?
My favorite thing was when we wrote a new 12 Days of Christmas and then @JodieDownUnder sang it - I loved that!

@monica197 It was only the other day, I found that video. I cringed, what was I thinking! It was a bit of a tongue twister but I’m pleased you enjoyed it. I don’t mind having a crack at things, even if I do make a fool of myself.

I have learned so much here. but my fav thing about this group is how sweet the peolple are and how eager everyone is to share, help, and learn together!!!

That is a really tough question. I think it is all the herbal knowledge that has been shared, but I enjoy diving into anything new and/or interesting. I really enjoy learning from the variety of topics from the whole diverse community.
Wherever we live or have been, anywhere in the world, we can be united in teaching & learning great things together. That is what makes our community so fantastically unique and enjoyable.
Haha @JodieDownUnder, I have thought many times that you are such a brave and adventurous soul...even surprising yourself sometimes. 😄 I appreciate all you put into this space. I think you just couldn't help yourself when you sang that song. You caught the Christmas spirit and there was an opening to fill and you grabbed the opportunity. So admirable.

I couldn't pick a favorite thing that I have learned. When I look back at where I was when I joined this group I'm amazed at how far I have come in such a short time! The best thing that I have received from all of you wonderful people is encouragement which has lead to a lot more confidence and even more excitement to learn.
Although, I do agree that song was a lot of fun.

That my first social media site is one that encourages others, teaches others and does not get into the "cancel culture" environment.

I cannot pick just one thing, I have used more than one idea whether gardening, cooking or homesteading 😊
-
I have learned that there are a whole lot of people from all over the world who value the things I value. And they are willing to share knowledge, encourage dreamers, and support fellow travelers on this journey.
-
I think you have a great voice!!! And I love that you put it all together - that is why it still makes me smile.
-
I can't even remember all the wonderful and useful things that I have learned here. Such a fabulous group of people. I'm so glad to have met all of you.

@monica197 it’s hard to pick a fav but like others here have said, being involved with a like minded group that’s nurturing, kind and willing to share their knowledge to enable others to improve their skills, is just awesome.

I have a hard time choosing a favorite thing as well. But I will say as I think about it the garlic water spray might be the one. Not only does it keep bugs away but it makes my fridge smell like Italian food! I had some in my fridge all winter that I hadn't used and every time my family opened the door they say - I smell pizza or are we having lasagna tonight or why do I smell peperoni? 😁

I have learned an incredible amount since joining TGN's forum. Mostly, thanks to all of you who ask such great questions and send me on research quests. You have opened up my eyes to many new things with intriguing posts. I think one of the best things is learning that there are so many like minded people on the same path.
This has been, and I'm sure will continue to be, an amazing journey.
Thanks everyone.

I will reiterate what many have said so far, I too have learned so much and grown so much from everything I've read here. It has truly been a blessing in my life to be able to talk, learn, help and be apart of everything here at TGN. I look forward to the time, everyday, when I get the chance to get on here to see what's new.
But I will say, the stories that some of you talk about, @Monek Marie & @judsoncarroll4,😉 just to mention a few, have been one of the best things I've enjoyed. I've laughed. I've cried. I've grown in knowledge and understanding.
Thank you for that.😘
