Nettle has so many uses, you did well to get it all in 7 minutes.
I use them mostly in broths, but also use a tincture to help with oedema.
I didn't know much about the uses of the seeds until @jowitt.europe posted. I'll leave a link here as it is a good companion post to this one you have done, Judson.

Awesome, thanks - I missed that post!

@torey thank you! The seeds. I collected several jars full this summer. And my circle of followers here is increasing with workshop on nettles 😊

I love love love stinging nettle! Great lesson. Thank you

My favorite way is to add a handful of fresh nettles to my favorite potato soup recipe! So good and nutritious.

@judsoncarroll4 I read somewhere, “when in doubt” choose nettle! Since then I have been drinking nettle tea more regularly and adding it to a hay fever blend I make for my wife and friends, along with Golden Rod and Elderflower. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to grow much around my area, so I’ve been buying it dried. So I guess I’ll have to get some seeds. Thanks for the great discussion.

They are great in omelets, too! Especially with ham.
