Is Equisetum hyermale equivalent to Equisetum arvense?
Not aware of Equisetum hyermale and only aware I can access arvense here is UK. Would be good to know if arvense can be used instead for teeth issues

Welcome to TGN's forum @rmassil. We have other members from the UK. If you go to our Introductions & Region Specific Discussions it is a good place to introduce yourself and maybe connect with others in the UK. We also have a Front Porch Welcome section. I will put both links up here for you.

Now to Horsetail. E. hymale and E. arvense can be used interchangeably. The young plants are the best for the most available silica. Hope that helps.
