    Wow--talk about an oldie but goodie! That is an amazing structure; don't think I'm quite up to building one of those on my place though. Still. I wonder of there is a way to scale the idea down to something more manageable. Some of the other articles and the ads are pretty cool too.

    Really enjoyed looking back at the articles in this mag.

    Its amazing that we (as a society) have been able to come up with such great ideas and they have been left behind for modern technology.

    I mentioned in this week's podcast that we have all the knowledge in the known universe at our fingertips thanks to the internet, but I believe this is the most ignorant and truly dumb generation America has ever known... can't speak for Canada

    There is also a thread on permies.com about airwells, that also brings up dewponds. It mentioned a billboard in Peru that collects condensation.
