Ways to holistically manage stress?

Hi everyone. This past year has been challenging. I have experienced problems in my interpersonal relationships, struggled with health concerns, and returned to college. Needless to say, I've had a lot on my plate. Can anyone recommend any herbs that would be beneficial to help alleviate my stress and take the edge off? I just want to be able to relax a little bit.
