...man...I have to get to it...I need to reinstall my little fence around my strawberry bed...that has kept getting bumped and today is the day...right now actually!

Do you have a chore that keeps getting bumped lower on the list? What is it?

I don't have the skills to build them, but chicken pens! It is not a priority of my husband, so it gets put off. It is very frustrating!

As for myself, if I notice or hear that childhood grumble begin in my head, I know I need to do it right now, even if I grumble. I will feel better afterward and the job is behind me.

Lately, instead of just playing catch up, I am getting ahead. Yes, it is still actually catching up activities, but things that have needed to get done for years instead of the just little/big annoying repeated projects, are finally getting done, and the kids are actually getting involved too, which helps tremendously.

I want to keep our momentum going! 👏 @monica197 I am proud of you. Keep that momentum going!

Yes! I just started a project that I have been putting off for a while, and that is cleaning up my very messy garden for winter!

I finally got my seeds, then realized I was out of potting soil. So I need to take a little time to make some more. One day I'll get to it, hopefully, before spring is completely over.

@Tave I know that feeling. I started a bunch of seeds and they are now beautiful seedlings that I need to get into the ground. I am hoping to be able to get it done soon they can continue to thrive and produce this winter here. Our mild winters are the best growing season here.

The coop that my ducks are in needs work. I have been making some improvements but not enough. I keep telling myself I'll do it tomorrow. I had a real eye opener this morning when I went to let them out and there was a hole where something had dug it's way in under frame. The ducks weren't harmed so that's good but I know it can't wait any longer.

@monica197 yes. For me the chore has been cleaning my bedroom. For four years now since moving back to the USA yet life gets lifey, however, that’s an excuse. I did clean the floor and under the bed, so it’s the desk most of all needs lots of attention.

@monica197 I only wish it was one item----I really need to take care of "all the things"!
