My homeopathic repertory has 105 remedies listed for smallpox, so that selection should cover all the symptoms associated with smallpox.

@torey How can I find the same info you have? Is it a txt book?

I have a repertory program on my computer that I pay an annual license to use. It is called Complete Dynamics.

I also have several repertories in book form. I will post a list in a different discussion.

Will definitely be looking into the options. Have been looking to add more to my homeopathy kit I have. Wish I could find a bigger kit. Found one with 100 remedies but it is out of stock and looks like it will be for awhile.

@vickeym You will have to get your very talented husband to build you some sort of box or case to house your remedy collection.

Have you tried to place an order from Helios? I was just wondering how the shipping would be to Alaska from there. If you'd like some ordering suggestions I would be happy to assist.

torey I would love some ordering suggestions! Have not tried ordering from them yet, but was hoping to put in an order soon. Bought some Hyland's brand of a couple things on Amazon. Was very disappointed. I knew the bottle said to take four tablets, but it was a surprise when it was like a mouth full of powder with a chalking texture and taste. Liked the Helios brand in the kit I bought much better. lol

Smallpox is terrifying! They just discovered some old vials in a lab in Pennsylvanian a few weeks ago that they had forgotten even existed (all smallpox virus is supposed to be located in Atlanta Georgia at the CDC headquarters). The US and Russia are the only countries with known stock of it and it is considered one of the worst viruses to ever plague humanity. This is definitely something to prepare for!

I had smallpox vaccine when I was young, with dead real virus. Is our population not getting vaccinated anymore?

I was vaccinated a very long time ago. I am interested in this discussion and know it was a very nasty disease.

Just read this article. A lot of good suggestions. Some I saw on another post about this topic.

I was vaccinated for smallpox many years ago. I know that it is supposed to last a lifetime, but I'm not entirely sure that it does. I had mumps when I was a kid, and when I was getting a job in healthcare, they tested me for the antibodies and found that I was no longer immune so I had to have the shot. So I wonder about some of my other immunities.

@marjstratton I know how you feel. When I was about 10 years old I got very sick with a differedt king of measles... I was burning up with fever, blotches and sicker than a dog.... Not so long ago I remembered that and wondered what measles I was vaxxed for and how many others were there and if any needed to be concerned about in regards to potential vaxxs for..

I also read somewhere very recently that some who got the polio vax wound up with polio...not too excited about vax these days.

@silvertipgrizz You are right about the polio vaccine. Following is a link to the CDC on the subject (yep, they are admitting this). You have to be very careful about hygiene following polio vaccines.

@torey so glad you shared that link. When I was in kindergarten, in Maryland where my dad was stationed at the time, I rode the bus to school ever day. There was a girl a few years older than me and she always sat at the front seat on the bus because she had braces on both her legs from polio. I did not know the polio vax cased polio until a few weeks ago in all the research I have been doing. As far as I am concerned I will never vax again because of the missing link in all of it.....they are all dirty. Not my words but the words of a very famous molecular, bacterial/virologist Dr./PhD. who found the cause for both fibromyalgia and HIV. What she found regarding HIV could have saved the HIV patients from developing on to AIDS, thus death. The peer reviewed paper that she and a college wrote was stolen and changed and thus most did progress to aids and died. Truth is everything.

In addition to tincture of Sarracenia purpurea (eastern pitcher plant, remedy discovered by the Miq-Mah Indians), I recently came upon some references to Agaricus mushroom as very powerful against the specific varicella (I think I got that right) virus that causes smallpox.
