@RustBeltCowgirl I searched local online ads for rocking chairs. Either they are very expensive, or strange looking. So, nothing to build with at this point.

I also wondered about a glider rocker style, but the one with rungs has so much charm. It would be my first choice.

I think that this could be a good project for our boys.
