Something hot and sweet for a cold day

I just split the culinary atom... habanero infused catsup! I am eating sweet potato fries with Creole Seasoning dipped in habanero catsup.... WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!! This hits all of the aspects of taste, sweet, savory, bitter (from the dark edges), salty, sour from the vinegar in the catsup and spicy. Habanero is a sweet hot pepper. They are HOT, but...Dang, I could sell these!

Sounds amazing!

Habaneros will warm you up! I can't stop eating them... I'm like panting and chugging water, still shoving them down! A pork chop was the main dish. But wow, what a side!
-
@judsoncarroll4 you’re going to have to explain “catsup” to me please.
-
wow habaneros are hot. I can't imagine being able to eat them one after the other
-
Tomato based sauce in a bottle - usually sweet and vinegary.

@judsoncarroll4 what is your recipe for “Creole Seasoning?” I mean, this is so very delicious in a variety of sauces like tomato for tacos or spaghettis. So, having a homemade “Creole Seasoning” would be beneficial for the recipe container.
-
Honestly, I usually use Tony's, but I refer the salt free so I can control the salt.
-
That sounds tasty! Maybe TGN should sell bottles of it and other sauces (Judson's Sauces as the brand name perhaps)? What do you think @judsoncarroll4?
-
That sounds good! I grew ghost peppers last summer and have a bag in the freezer. I bet they would make a nice spicy ketchup too. I might have to try it!
-
That sounds really good. If you want to make your own seasoning so you can control the salt, the blogger I work for has a great recipe.
She also has a great recipe for baked sweet potato fries.

Also spelled ketchup.
-
Thanks @Tave we just have tomato sauce! Many different varieties but homemade is best.
-
Homemade ketchup is best, too. It's too sweet for me, so I prefer tomato sauce.
