    I love learning about rare breeds of livestock. Probably won't ever get to raise any, but it's interesting. Thanks!

    Oh, and I like learning about different fibers for crafts, too.

    Very cool! Didn't know anything about this breed.

    They look almost more goat-like than sheep.

    Perfect for those who have marginal land for grazing.

    I really like the rams' horns! They can really curl. I suspect that if we had these and needed to put an old one down, that I would want the head mounted in honor of that animal. Those are the best horns.

    I think this article said that you need lot of land. I think you should have a little mountain. Lol Another from a breeder said that you need very little land. Thirty can be raised on 1.5 acres.

    One picture I saw showed how little they were. Supposedly, a ram could break your leg, but just the same, they said they'd be good for children. 🤷‍♀️ If they were to break anything on an adult, they'd be hitting upper to mid calf. They are so small.

    We figured that eating one would be like comparing chicken to tiny quail. You might not get a whole lot, especially from a lamb.
