@judsoncarroll4 hillbilly zen, that made me laugh. Some of the herbs you mention here, I make as a sleepy time tea. Passionflower, valerian, hops & camomile. After listening to you today, I’m wondering if taken in tincture form would be more powerful. Your thoughts please? Would that mean to make separate tinctures & then mix together to form a sleepytime tincture?

I toss an ounce each into a half gallon jar, pour in a bottle of vodka and make a formula that way. I usually do some combination of skullcap, hops bud, valerian, passion flower and ashwagandha. BUT, ... big BUT..... I have the constitution of an elephant - it takes like 10 times enough of anything to knock another person down to even make me drowsy.

Interesting, so you could basically just make a double cocktail with the tincture and you'd be starting to get relief😁
