Herbs for Stress, Blood Pressure and Anxiety

I'm sure all of us could benefit from some of the herbs on this list at some point in time. We are living in very stressful times. Its easy to develop anxiety, high blood pressure, sleep issues, digestive upset, etc.
One not on the list is one of my favourites (so much so that I have a bottle beside my bed), Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca). I find it very useful for the type of anxiety that keeps you awake during the night. Very calming. Good for blood pressure, too. The "cardiaca" in the name gives us the hint that it has been used as a heart tonic for centuries.
Early Greeks gave it to alleviate anxiety during labour, but it also has the effect of reducing postpartum blood loss.
