Advice requested on starting a website

I am a total luddite when it comes to tech. But, it seems I need to set up an author page now that I have written a few books. Can anyone give me advise me on the cheapest and easiest option for me to build maybe a 3 page website with an email address?

My experience is a bit out of date. I haven't had a website in almost 5 years. But when I did I tried going through several different hosts. The one that was the most user friendly for me was GoDaddy when I wasn't trying to sell on the sight. If you plan to make sales from the sight my daughter switched over to Shopify last year and loves it. She also recommends Blue Host for domain and security. They do well for her business.

@judsoncarroll4 My husband codes for a living, so I'm sure he'll be able to point me in the right direction for you.
I'll ask him and pm you.😊👍️

Best of luck. I certainly would need a LOT of help setting up a web site.
