Interesting salad combination

I’ve been eyeing this one off for a while now & yesterday finally made it. The flavours worked surprisingly well. Served with a favourite pasta dish(recipe to come) made enough for leftovers tonight & will serve with grilled chicken this time.

Couldn’t help myself, added green beans & spring onions for some colour and crunch.

    Looks yummy. I can’t believe how veritable cauliflower is. I rice cauliflower and freeze to make different dishes. One favorite is just slicing, add oilve oil, salt and pepper, roast 425 degrees about 20 minutes stirring or flipping once.

    @kfoto we have quite a few vegetarian bbqs & a fav in our house are cauliflower steaks. I slice the cauliflower into roughly 1” thick steaks & rub olive oil, garlic & salt/pepper into them. Grill on the bbq with onions, zucchini, capsicum & eppplant. A nice little maple & miso dressing, very yummy. Cauliflower rice is starting to catch on down under!
