Rice Krispie Cake

1/4 c. Butter

5 c. (40 regular/250g mini marshmallows)

1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract

6 c. Rice Krispie/crisped rice cereal (this is not puffed rice)

In a large saucepan, melt butter & add marshmallows. Melt & stir.

Remove from heat & stir in vanilla extract. Add Rice Krispies, stir. Pour into a greased 9×13 pan. When cooled, cut into squares.
