@annbeck62 When my mother-in-law lived at an assisted living home, the residents had a lo t of fun planting in shoes! One of my favorite were the rubbers. High top tennis shoes, loafers, anything that would hold dirt was turned into a planter! The courtyard was fun to walk though and see all of the shoes. Alas, there were no cowboy boots! Thanks for bring back this memory!
