Salvaging Cauliflower?
So the cauliflower that I planted (from a seedling) never formed a proper head. I suppose we are past that point now! Anyway, little yellow blossoms are forming on it. Is there something that I can do with it at this point? Is there some part of the plant that can be salvaged or used in some way? Any help is appreciated!

It is flowering and will go to seed. Not much to be done with it at this point. I think your issue is that the pot isn't big enough or deep enough to support any member of the kale family. A cauliflower plant can grow up to 2 feet in diameter and 2 feet tall with the head forming in the centre, so mostly outer leaves.

@torey Can I save these seeds and use to plant a new crop? Thanks for the insight on the pot depth.

@Kuri and Kona Yes! Certainly save those seeds!

@LaurieLovesLearning Thank you. I will save them and try again later this year in the fall.
