Need help rooting cuttings and don't want to use synthetic rooting hormones?

Good article. I've always had difficulties when trying to propagate. I've tried using willow tea but no luck. I'll try apple cider or aloe vera next time. Thanks for posting.

I've actually heard that human saliva makes a good rooting hormone due to the enzymes it contains. I haven't tried it, but I read about it a while ago and it stuck with me!

I have a bunch of rooting so maybe I will Try them all.
I have used willow water to water with and I dip the cutting in honey. I usually do quite well.
How you do a cutting also depends on what time of year it is. Cuttings with no sap running in them need more effort and usually mist to them them root.
