Good article, although I rarely here it called wild spinach. Its mostly referred to as pigweed or lamb's quarters in my neck of the woods.
I didn't see it at first but there is a link to check out the nutritional content of pigweed. It is a vegetable that everyone should be eating more of.
And its free!
I have a patch that I am letting go to seed this year to see if I can do anything with it.
