Hawthorn Ketchup Recipe?

I thought we had a recipe on TGN, but all I can find is a discussion. Does anyone have a recipe for this?
Also, I've never prepared hawthorn berries before. How does one go about doing that?

I've mostly made Hawthorn elixir/tincture. I know that it is possible to make jam with Hawthorn since it has a lot of pectin in it, but I haven't done it.

I've made tincture and a vinegar and have dried them for use in teas, but I've never made anything culinary with them. I just pick and place in the jar with alcohol or vinegar. Or pick and lay on trays to dry. No other preparation.
The seeds are pretty big so maybe a jelly instead of a jam?
I'd never thought of making a ketchup. Sounds very interesting.

I found these, pretty similar but the first one is Rebecca Altman:

I wonder it they were dried and the seeds removed it they would be good in cookies?

I harvested my first hawthorn fruit from my two young trees. They are delicious. So, before I turned them into anything, we ate them raw. I hope that next year I will have enough to start exploring and experimenting with recipes. @Linda Bittle @Monek Marie Thank you for posting them.
