Great idea to talk about making a green bean casserole from scratch. Its not something that is part of a traditional Canadian Thanksgiving or Christmas but I have had it before.
Really good talk with Sarah. I'm so glad you choose her for an interview. She is a wonderful herbalist.
I use Angostura bitters all the time. Its a go-to when I don't have any of my own combos happening. I bought a bottle of Peychaud's awhile ago but I was quite disappointed. It was far too sweet for my tastes.

Thanks! Yes, Sarah has become a good friend. She is such a humble and friendly lady - you may have noticed how reluctant she is to give herself any credit for all that she knows and does. From scratch green bean casserole ROCKS! Ditto on Peychaud's - the original formula used a lot of licorice. I am not sure what is in it now.
