That is quite the lore surrounding basil.
I like the sounds of the Aromatic Seasoning from Mrs. Grieve. I’m going to have to try it.
I’ve become quite fond of tulsi tea. I don’t often drink hot beverages but when I do, its usually tulsi that I will go for.
Oregano. Have you seen or tried growing the variety called “Hot & Spicy”? I really like it but it doesn’t seem to hold its “spiciness” very well when dried. Its certainly not as hardy as the other oreganos I have.
A very Merry Christmas to you, too, Judson.

Thanks, Torey! There are so many varieties of basil, oregano and marjoram. I need to grow them all. I really love pesto, chimichurri and other such herbal sauces. Using them is a great way to get more herbs in our diets.
