I have a few different hops but I'm afraid I didn't keep track of which ones were which. Of course, that is only important if you want a specific flavour of hops for your beer recipes.
Very popular plant with the pioneers as is evident by the number of old homestead sites that still have hops growing, many years later.
I think hops is underused in herbal medicine. Probably due to its bitterness. But it should be in every herbalist's medicine supplies.
French disease = Syphilis.
