We don't have many posts here regarding men's health specifically. I hope this article will contribute to our knowledge here.

Thanks for posting this @LaurieLovesLearning. Its true that there is a lot less info out there about men's health & wellness in comparison with female health & wellness. I have hardly anything in my files about men's health except for quite a bit about prostate issues.

Ryan Drum is an exceptional herbalist with many years of clinical experience. Wish I could take a class with him. This is a very thought provoking article he has written.

Rosemary Gladstar's company, Traditional Medicinals, has info on men's health. There is a link to her book "Rosemary Gladstar's Herbal Healing for Men" for anyone looking to get more in depth about the subject.

This one talks about 3 herbs for male health, 2 of which are not common but the other one is very common and very easy to harvest without much concern for over-harvesting in most areas. Eric Yarnell is an ND as well as an Herbalist, who has written several books including ones on urology and prostate health.

When I was looking at other books, I came across this one on men's health by James Green. Looks like a good one to add to an herbal library.
