Suggestions for heat mats for plant starting?

I'm interested in buying a couple of heat mats, mainly for starting tomatoes, but possibly other starts as well.

I looked at Amazon and same quite a few models that get decent reviews, but I am uncomfortable with the number of reviews that say something like "worked for a few weeks/months and then quit."

I'd like to spend a little bit more and get something truly reliable, but haven't found any recommendations. Sadly, most of these probably come from China.

Could anyone here suggest specific models of heat mats?

@VermontCathy I have a name of a good heat mat. I will dig it out.

You may be able to get a better mat at a greenhouse supply store. Most online mats are not made to last long or get a lot of use.

back when waterbeds were in I used one of their mats to start my plants. I worked well. I have also used the top of the refrigerator to get tomatoes and peppers started. Pickier flowers don't do as well with this method.

@Monek Marie I appreciate any recommendations.

Hopefully the garden supply stores sell online. I don't know of one in my local community.
