I saw a bit of a cattail & (?) iris basket weaving video by Herbal Academy and wondered how many of you use plants in your crafts. What do you make? Do you have pictures? Videos?

I think botanical printing would be fun.

I have just recently signed up for a class on make natural dyes from plants to can grow, that is something I am planning on getting more into this year.

Botanical Printing is so much fun. And I have made woven pieces from cattail reeds many years ago.

I love making natural dyes.

You can paint using mud, dirt, and leaves or flowers. The colors are stunning.

Dried flowers used in painting, clay pieces or wall art.

@Lisa K Someone else does that here. @Linda Bittle is this something you do? I'm having trouble placing who makes natural dyes.

I follow a lady on Instagram who does natural inks. I have some dried avocado peels saved for black. I haven't tried it yet though. Her name is melissamaryjenkinsart. The one who does the botanical dyes is ellenrikken.

Moss can be blended with buttermilk and painted on wood for an interesting base for art.

Moss can also be carefully dug up and used on old board or driftwood for an interesting centerpiece.

Eco printing is something I have just recently seen. Many use this on fabric but I was thinking of using it on paper and for cards.
