Hi @Idriss. Welcome to TGN's forum.

Good for you, starting with the Conquering Sugar course.

First question. I'm not in London but one of our members, @sarah121, is an herbalist from Cornwall and may know of farmers in the London area. You could check out her website. https://alchemilla.co/ There should be a contact in there for her.

Second, as to the recipe. I believe it is a Mexican-flavoured salad with zucchini, not Mexican zucchini. Personally, I'd use a variety of zucchini in this recipe for colour. Yellow, green and striped (Coccozella or Gadzukes). Even Rampicante or Tromboncino would work. If you have extra zucchini, try the zucchini fritters.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

@Idriss Welcome to the forum! I would like you to know that I moved your post to the Conquering Sugar area because that most closely matches your header & second point.

I would like to encourage you to put a brief introduction on the Europe thread (again) mentioning

    1. where you are and while you are at it, mention that

    2. you are looking for local farmers in the London area.

That's all you need. This gets you a bonus exposure in two categories.

You could also post in our classifieds to get exposure in three categories! Here is the link for that:

Quite a few have embarked on the conquering sugar journey here and I'm sure they will have great advice & offer solid support.

    Again, welcome!
