@heirlooms777 I purchased a mushroom kit last year and grew Lion's Mane mushrooms. They were soooo tasty. And so good for our brains!

I love the taste of Lion's mane mushrooms too. Thinking of picking up a kit at the farmers market so I can grow some this year. I have grown some oyster mushrooms in the past.

@heirlooms777 I buy dried mushrooms and I add a good overflowing of mixed forest blend to soups. Also, i make Reishi and Chaga tea to drink daily. I shave 1/4 cup of each of these dried mushrooms and stir it into a cup of water that gets drunk and I feel good vibes all day.

I got a lion's mane kit from a mushroom workshop and they are pretty easy to grow. You can dehydrate them with a dehydrator to make them last longer or make a tincture out of them. https://learn.freshcap.com/recipes/dual-extracted-mushroom-tincture/

@kbmbillups1 they taste a little like lobster, a little like however you spice them up

@heirlooms777 That sounds good! It kind of sounds like tofu since it takes on the flavor of however its cooked but better since I can't eat tofu.
