I watched your interview and signed up just to learn about chickens. I really want some, but I have to talk my husband into it.

@kbmbillups1 That can sometimes be a hard sell.

Learning about them first is a good idea. Then you know more what to expect.

I would recommend to start with three if it is egg layers you are after. Three is very little work, takes very simple housing, and takes minimal feed. If that works, expand from there.

@LaurieLovesLearning Where I live, they say we can have 3 if we have a certain size yard. We can't have a rooster.
