Well, now I know a lot more about citrus. Thanks.
Medicinally, I like to add dried orange peel to bitters recipes.
Lemon, of course goes in hot lemon beverages for coughs, colds, flus and fevers. But also in cold lemonade for aiding in summer hydration and cooling.
You might like the following article to add to your collection of info. Its got a bit of a different take on one of the constituents of bitter orange.

I'll check it out - thanks! I had totally forgotten about the bitter orange/ephedra controversy. I like citrus peel ginger and star anise in several bitters formulas. THat really perks things up.
