    Addendum to my Shrimp Creole recipe that my mom just reminded me of... she was cooking for me, in her kitchen and she asked me to go out and cut some fresh mint. Y'all, fresh mint ROCKS with tomatoes, garlic and hot peppers! Also added a pinch of sassafras leaf - unprocessed file
