Thanks! I just hope they have a replay. I have been sick so missed a lot already...
-
I missed yesterdays speakers...all of them. Hopefully they will have replay next weekend.
You're welcome.

I am hopeful, but there is a lot of problems with summits I find...too many speakers in one day, just too man summits, but gardening is always fun, thanks

I'm sorry you are sick... chicken broth, vit d3, deep breath to help keep it from your lungs. move around a little to help your lymph get rid of the gunk...
fire cider and elder syrup.

@silvertipgrizz For first 2 kids, it was a lot of vomiting, the next 2 it was mostly nauseous. With the first one, we noticed its nature so thought we had an idea how it would go. My husband was like the last 2 kids, but it fully cleaned me out. I was scared that I would pass out from dehydration. Shortly after that point, I started with warm fresh ginger tea with raw honey & Himalayan salt. I took this as an electrolyte mix until I felt I could take in more. I was tired yesterday, but was starting to eat by midday. I was so hungry! I am back to normal now.
We rarely get sick, but when we do, it's a household worth. All told, this took a week to move through, with most of us piled up at the end. That was strange. Glad it's done!
Thanks for the suggestions! 💛

@Laurie - You sound like me: Weather well everyone else's ills, staying strong. - Then when everyone around me is symptom-free, only then do I sometimes I get sick. - Maybe we are made this way to take Good care of everyone else, you think?
Agree some with what @silvertipgrizz suggested, - tho most of the time, after an initial loading dose of vitamin C I just do 200mg. C hourly, & usually am good as new in two days. I wish you all Well...

@rainbow Haha, but this time both of us adults were down for the count on the same day...a similar recovery time too. Good thing the oldest two know how to cook and together they can get even large animal chores done.
The ginger seemed like the best course of action, so I went with that. I was scared nothing else would stay in. Electrolytes are always smart anyway, so went the honey & salt. I am sure that was my saving grace.
Did you get to see any of these presentations?

LOL ROF...I was just taking vit c and realized I forgot to mention it here. I'm glad we're all on the same page and everyone is feeling better!!!

@silvertipgrizz - Not sure if you were aware, but I've offered to share in TGN what I know about "Remineralizing with supplements", that gardneto76 specifically asked me.
If you would like to know yet more, shortly am sharing an 80-second Infomercial by no less an (honest) Pharmacist, here https://community.thegrownetwork.com/discussion/842482/what-is-remineralizing-or-remineralization#latest
