Real, gluten free bread! (made with buckwheat)
I am passing along this easy, whole food, gluten free bread recipe.

I enjoy it and I love the fact that it doesn't have 50 ingredients, many of them hard for mere mortals to assemble.
I think the most challenging part of this recipe was finding a six cup loaf pan. Enjoy!

@Gail H Thank you for sharing. I made buckwheat bread 2 years ago using a slightly similar recipe:

I have been making this for a few years now, and Love this bread (different blog, same idea)! A couple things I’ve learned are: you can still cook it if you let it ferment longer- but it gets pretty sulferic smelling, and sometimes the sulfer cooks off, sometimes it tastes sulferic. Hasn’t made me sick, but its not as pleasant to eat. Also, the bread pan is awesome, but you can also pour the batter into muffin tins, or cook them like pancakes. When I cook them on stovetop, I don’t always bother to ferment them- they still puff up.
