Thai parsley - anyone familiar? (Eryngium foetidum L.)
I recently received some tulsi seeds from Thailand (Amazon) and with them came a free packet of what was labeled parsley. Of course I can't read 95% of the package lol. Upon further review I discovered it is THAI parsley, not the regular parsley I am used to. The picture on front helped me to identify it. It is in the carrot family but had a flavor similar to cilantro only stronger, so I have read. Here is an interesting article I found about it:
It is used both medicinally and for culinary purposes. I would love to hear anyone's experience with this plant, thanks!

@timtandme I haven't looked for it because I didn't know it existed lol. It came free with a pack of seeds for tulsi. I got it from Amazon, or rather I picked it out and it was part of my Christmas present lol.

I've seen lots of Latin American recipes that call for culantro, but I have no experience with it. Apparently its also important in Vietnamese cooking- just came across this article. https://www.lovingpho.com/pho-ingredients-garnishes/culantro-herb-in-pho/

Great article @blevinandwomba thank you! @timtandme if you cannot find the seeds anywhere let me know. I have not opened the pack yet to see how many seeds there are but there will probably be enough for me to send you some if you are in the US.
