Making Herbal Medicine Lesson 6 – Infused Oils, Salves, and Lotions

Wow! I will have to watch this one a few more times there was so much info!

I have made lotion 3x now, and it keeps separating for me. Anyone have this trouble? It gets pockets of liquid tea in the lotion. I do love the lotion, smells great, feels great, but want to make it without it separating. I am using sweet almond oil, maybe I should try a different oil? Room temp tea, freshly warm melted salve, blended in blender.

@csinclair461 Maybe try an immersion blender. That way you can move it up and down in your bowl, not just have the blades spinning around at the bottom.
