Horseradish
Found these yesterday morning on the horseradish leaves, anyone know what they are? How to treat? I removed them. Some of the leaves are stripped and some have holes

I've picked tiny caterpillars off of my horseradish leaves twice recently. Not sure if it's a moth or what that keeps laying eggs on it. Funny thing is I don't see the eggs just the tiny caterpillars.
I'd knock those eggs off. Maybe dispose of them. When I knock them off of my kale and chard they're done for but not sure about the ones you have.

I'd cut off all affected leaves with all the extra "protein". Horseradish makes abundant leaves. It'll look great again in no time.

I removed the eggs, keep checking and I haven’t seen any more 😊

Horseradish is really robust, so a few holes in the leaves will not do much harm. I harvest roots. My philosophy is to share plants with insects, especially if I do not use that part of the plant. My horseradish leaves are also full of holes 😊

@jolanta.wittib that’s good to know. Never grown horseradish before...

@maimover besides the bugs eating your leaves, you can also eat the young tender leaves.
