@silvertipgrizz Thank you so much for sharing. I keep telling my husband that learning counts as gardening.
@frogvalley
and everyone else visiting here..check out this:
I don't know yet how to tweak to my time zone but this is a real nice informative working schedule once one knows how to pull it up for their area..
Love it @silvertipgrizz ! I printed it and will hang it on my plant wall. Such an easy to use resource.
You are "gleaning." Of course that's gardening! 😁
Very interesting web site. Thanks for the post.
Good information! Thank you!
Thank you for the great resource! You're always dropping tidbits of awesomeness throughout the forums! It's much appreciated
Thanks for sharing. This is a great resource and a company I feel good about supporting.
@frogvalley Don't forget the one I posted was their example for a certain zone so if you figure out how to apply it to individual zones please post... maybe I'll have time soon to do it and if I do I'll post if for us..I'm just now working on my fall garden, and planning for my winter crop..
No worries @silvertipgrizz it's more the big picture that I'm looking for. I've found calendars for my area, however I like the formatting of this one a lot.
Thank you for sharing. This looks like a useful resource.
Thank you for sharing this. I just downloaded the ebook about seed saving!
I’m going to print out the zone 5 garden schedule. Thanks for the link! Will help me get on track next year. We have snow until April and I usually end up starting plants rather late.
Thank you for the info!
Thanks for all the great info! My local nursey sends out monthly newsletters and they include a section on "what to do in the next month". It is very helpful to tap your local resources! I have been able to stick to native species this way and found heirloom varieties instead of just your run of the mill "wal-mart" plant.
Thank you. I need to add this to my list of seed sites.
