Does anyone do apple cheese or apple leather
We have so many apples this year that I would like to make some hard apple cheese. This is how my mother called it. I know she peeled apples, boiled them with some sugar for a very long time, then dried it, but I do not remember the whole procedure. Does anybody do it? I would be grateful for a recipe.
